Yes. Someone 18 or older should be present for the full appointment. You'll need to approve the placement before we start and sign off on the completed work.
Anchoring is optional and depends on your surface. We can anchor to wood or composite decks and to concrete, stone, or paver patios. If anchoring is not needed, just select that option when booking.
If boxes need to be moved from another part of the property to the assembly location, add the box-moving option when you book. This covers the technician's time to transport them.
We typically assemble new, unbuilt structures. If your structure has been partially assembled or is missing hardware, contact us before booking so we can assess whether we can help.
